InfiKNIT :Possibilities

In Celebration of I Love Yarn Day...

This fall, we could think of no better way to honor the joy of yarn than by gathering in community to explore what we already have. InfiKNIT Possibilities is our love letter to the stash—the scraps, the singles, the forgotten favorites—and the creative spark they hold.

Knitwear designer, theatre maker, & cozy life enthusiast Park Williams will guide in a joyful stash sesh where texture, colorplay, and connection come together to inspire your next fall project.

You already have everything you need to make something beautiful. Let’s remix them together.

What you do need is space to explore, permission to play with more makers who get it.

Together, let’s build fall projects that speak in your color, texture, and vibe. Something totally you.

Come sit with us.
Come make.

InfiKNIT Possibilities: let’s play with our scraps and stash yarn in all new ways!

Miss Purl welcomes creative guest, Park Williams. Park is an Idaho-raised, Chicago-based knitwear designer, theatre maker & cozy life lover. Interested in sparking curiosity & play, Park’s goal as a designer is to create patterns which offer knitters both the freedom and framework to make something entirely their own. Her work can be found on Instagram (@parknknit), Ravelry (parkandknit) or parknknit.com.

Park has way of turning yarn into something you feel. Come explore your stash with the designer to remix your stash into a beloved sweater or even a statement cardi.

In this workshop we will spend time playing with color, fiber, and gauge to reawaken our creativity and unlock the infinite possibilities knitting offers!

We will begin by working with a single strand of lace weight yarn, and then slowly adding in different weights of yarn to eventually arrive at a bulky weight fabric. Along the way, we will experiment with different textures, marling, striping, and colorwork to give ourselves the freedom and the framework to make something entirely our own. You will leave the class looking at your stash and scrap yarn with fresh eyes, feeling okay about buying that special skein you can’t stop thinking about, but weren’t sure what you could make with it, and feeling more emboldened to let your creativity lead! We will discuss project ideas and exactly how to incorporate this method into future projects.
