MAKE WITH MISS PURL
🧶 Class Attendance Policy – Let’s Keep It Cozy & Clear! 🧵
We’re so excited to have you in class! To keep things running smoothly for everyone, here’s our simple attendance policy:
No Refunds: We’re a small, hands-on operation, so we don’t offer refunds unless we have to cancel the class. (Fingers crossed that never happens!)
Need to Miss a Class?
Life happens! If you let us know at least 48 hours in advance, we’ll happily give you credit toward a future class. Just shoot us a message or email.Running Late?
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you might miss some key stitches. We can’t pause the class to catch up, but we’ll do our best to help you ease in when there’s a good moment.
Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the vibe fun, fair, and flowing for everyone! 💖
🧶 Skill Level & Class Participation Policy
At Miss Purl, we’re committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and productive learning environment for all students. To help everyone get the most out of their experience, we kindly ask that you enroll in classes that match your current skill level.
✨ Please Note:
Absolute beginners should start with our Beginner & Lifelong Learning Series before enrolling in any project-based or knit-along classes.
Our project classes and workshops are designed for students who already know how to start a knit or crochet project and complete their basic stitches These classes move at a group pace and assume a basic level of comfort with knitting or crochet.
💬 Why This Matters:
Teaching foundational skills during a project class can be disruptive to the group and makes it difficult to stay on schedule. To honor everyone’s time and learning experience, we do not teach basic stitches or techniques in project-based classes.
If you’re unsure of your level or need help with the basics, we’re happy to support you in one of the following ways:
Join our Beginner & Lifelong Learning Series to build your skills from the ground up.
Attend a monthly drop-in clinic for help with specific stitches, patterns, or techniques.
We’re here to help you grow — and we want you to feel confident and successful in every class you take.
